Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent to take up                                                                      
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 25, which had been                                                                             
held on the Secretary's desk (page 1925). Without objection, SENATE                                                             
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 25 was before the Senate on                                                                           
final passage.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 25 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                                              
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Joint Resolution                                                              
No. 29, urging the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of                                                          
Land Management, to plug legacy wells properly and to reclaim the                                                               
legacy well sites as soon as possible in order to protect the                                                                   
environment in the Arctic region, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
